We’re currently hiring an HVAC Install Manager to lead our talented installation team. What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily field operations, technician performance, and customer satisfaction 
• Develop a high-performance culture focused on growth and excellence 
• Train and coach technicians to improve ticket averages, closing rates, and revenue 
• Maintain operational standards: inventory control, safety, accurate invoicing & reporting 
• Manage recruiting, retention, and employee development 
• Promote product and sales training, including lead generation strategies 
• Reduce callbacks and warranty issues through quality control and performance feedback 
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure 100% satisfaction    

Do You Have What It Takes?

We’re looking for a motivated, knowledgeable leader ready to take the next step in their HVAC career. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

• Strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Experience with HVAC design, materials, and cost estimation

• Demonstrated leadership ability and a team-first mindset

• Proven success managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for growth

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms (preferred)
