What You'll Do:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company—delivering top-tier service with professionalism, skill, and pride. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• ✅ Perform all assigned service calls, tune-ups, and inspections efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

• 📞 Follow dispatch instructions courteously and stay on schedule.

• 🧾 Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation with 100% precision.

• ✅ Finalize the closeout process immediately upon job completion.

• 🔄 Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams and leadership.

• 🧼 Keep your company vehicle clean and well-organized—inside and out.

• 📝 Complete all required paperwork and system updates promptly and thoroughly.

• 📚 Participate in ongoing training to support your professional growth and technical development.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We're looking for professionals who bring both skill and dedication to their work. To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• 🛠️ Hold a Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License

• 🚗 Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• 🌡️ EPA 608 Certification – Type I & II (preferred)

• 🧪 NATE Certification – Core + two specialties (preferred)

• 🔍 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC troubleshooting and repair

• 🧰 Own basic industry tools needed for fieldwork

• 💻 Experience with ServiceTitan software (preferred)
